What is a credit, exactly?
One credit equals one API call. That's either a merge (combining 2+ drafts into one) or a compression (fitting text within a character limit). The length of your input or output doesn't matter — short and long both cost the same.

Do credits expire?
No. Buy 1,000 credits in May, use the last one next December — same price, same access. We don't believe in punishing you for not writing enough this month.

Why no monthly subscription?
Because most writing tools have peaks and lulls. You shouldn't pay $20/mo during the week you didn't ship a single email. Pay-per-use respects your actual usage.

What happens if a request fails?
You aren't charged. If the API errors out, the credit is refunded automatically. We only deduct on a successful, returned merge.

Do you train models on my drafts?
No. Your drafts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API, processed, and returned. We don't store them, don't fine-tune on them, and don't share them with anyone. Receipts only — your text is yours.

Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected].

Do you offer a team plan?
Not yet — we're focused on individual creators and writers right now. If you need 5,000+ credits or shared billing for a team, get in touch and we'll work something out.

How are credits calculated?
