Policy

We want you to be happy with DraftMerge. If it's not working for you, we'll make it right.

"If DraftMerge isn't delivering value for you, we don't want your money. Just email us and we'll sort it out — no interrogation required."

Eligibility

You can request a full refund if all of the following apply:

  • Your request is within 14 days of purchase
  • You've used less than 10% of the purchased credits
  • The reason is reasonable — we're not judging, just preventing abuse

What's Not Refundable

  • Free trial credits (the 250 on signup)
  • Purchases older than 14 days
  • Credits that have been mostly used (>10%)

How to Request

Email with:

01Your account email
02Your Order ID from your LemonSqueezy receipt
03A brief reason — one sentence is fine

Processing Time

  • We respond within 24 hours
  • Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days
  • Refund goes back to your original payment method
  • We'll deactivate the corresponding credits from your account

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We're real humans and we want to help resolve things directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
