By using DraftMerge, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable — not to trap you.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DraftMerge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

02 The Service

DraftMerge is an AI-powered tool that merges multiple text drafts into a single optimized version. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We use Anthropic's Claude API to process your text. Results may vary based on input quality, tone settings, and the nature of the content submitted.

03 Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

04 Credits and Payments

  • DraftMerge operates on a credit-based system
  • New users receive 250 free credits on signup
  • Additional credits can be purchased via one-time payments
  • 1 credit = 200 characters of processed text
  • Credits never expire
  • All purchases are processed via LemonSqueezy

05 Acceptable Use

You may NOT use DraftMerge to:

  • Generate content that violates any applicable law
  • Generate hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
  • Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
  • Resell credits or access to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

06 Content Ownership

You own the text you submit and the output you receive. We do not claim any rights to your content.

We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data (not your text) to improve the Service.

07 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

08 Limitation of Liability

DraftMerge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated output. Always review merged text before using it.

09 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
